I'm sorry you didn't like the food at the Rojo dragon red dragon, that actually has alot of sentimental value to me, and my husband, he actually grew up in that house, now unfortunatley they have changed it into a chineese food retaurant. we had drinks there no food, So unfortunatley your food wasn't that good, too bad but just thought id sent a message to say hi and I'm glad you did at least go there, sorry the food wasn't so good , maybe we will see you there sometime. I had the pork ribs at Dragon Rojo 3 times in 2 weeks, nice dipped in the sweet and sour sauce. We had many great times there, friendly bar staff who make a point of getting to know your name to welcome you and make you feel at home. I didn't eat as much as I drank there, but I noticed [as a chef] that people always finished everything they were served from the kitchen, which by the way , may have been the cleanest kitchen in town that I saw.
Pizza's Ron served up the best pizza I've had in North America for under $10 US, best anywhere, tons of cheese and toppings, it hurt my arm to carry it accross town. Every pizza I've had in my hometown, Whistler, BC, has not measured up at more than twice/three times the price.

Loving the Sayulita food! Berger68

Dragon Rojo is excellent in my book. The courtyard setting is charming and live music is great
The Egg Rolls (fried) are some of the best I've had next to my Moms homemade Shrimp Egg Rolls.
I love the Shrimp w/ Lobster Sauce, though different than in the states. Theirs has alot more veggies, which I love.
The Hot & Sour soup was wonderful and I'm pretty picky.
Drinks and service are good as well.
It's not the cheapest place in town but it's worth it. ;)

We really enjoyed the food at Dragon Rojo! Thought it was great! The drinks were fantastic and the wait staff was some of the best we experienced in Sayulita...and that says a lot cause we had pretty good service everywhere we went!
