Can you tell me where it's located? I'm coming down in March with a group of friends. We stayed in Sayulita last year in January, and loved every second of it. We tried many of the restaurants in town, but are looking forward to trying out more!!

Tropical House is situated on Calle Miramar, (the road that heads down to the ocean from the Libreria Sayulita) almost at the corner of Manuel Rodriguez Sanchez, on the north side of the river.

I had a chicken and sun-dried tomato bagel sandwich there today.

Awesome!

Nicely priced.

[font=Georgia]I just returned from Sayulita and ate breakfast EVERY morning
at the TROPICAL HOUSE!!!! It was fantastic. Michele was wonderful to talk with and made incredible
food. Wish I was able to stay longer...heard rumors of his COCONUT SHRIMP.
One day...I shall return. Thanks for tip Ian.

Is Tropical House open all summer? What day(s) of the week are they closed?
Thanks!

When we were there in late June, Michel (the owner) told us he's only open for breakfast and lunch through the summer. I think he was closed Monday and Tuesday but I'm not sure.

Tropical House is closed for the Summer. We are opening at a new location, the old Bicyclete Restaurant on Calle Manuel Navarette. Michel will be back at the "New" Tropical House, with an expanded menu, great food, more seating, and a full bar. We should be open for business by the end of September. Please stop by and check out the new place!

We have moved to the North Beach Road (Calle Manuel Naverette or Las Palmas where Il Bicyclete was) and we are open for breakfast lunch 9-1:30) and dinner (7-10:30). During the low season we are closed Sunday and Mondays.

I just got back from Sayulita we ate at several restaurants and the Tropical House was by far the best. There dinner menu has several sauces that you can choose from and add whatever kind of meat you would like. I had several of the sauces and each was just as good as the last. They did one special thing for us I went fishing and caught a Spanish Mackerel and had it cleaned and took the fish to the Tropical and they prepared the mackerel for us for dinner and it was wonderful. The staff there is very friendly and makes your dining all the more enjoyable. There is one more thing at the end of your dinner order the Mexican Coffee don't worry about it keeping you up with what they put in it you will sleep like a baby. You won't regret getting it trust me.
