It is called La Fiambala, and is located on Calle Gaviotas, across from the north side of the Ejido office.

Good Stuff....

Stick with the Arrechera. I many times go for the specials board, and try more expensive cuts...they never seem to compare to the regular on the menu....very tasty!

The best steak or grill is still Fiambala on Gaviotas behind El Bicho. The arrachera is great!

Fiambala is officially closed as of last week, permanently.
Marcello is opening another location in the plaza where they use to sell gas, about 2 or 3 doors up from Sayulita Fish Taco.
Tierra Viva was good. I went there tonight. I didn't try the Arrachera steak but the Sashimi and Boysenberry Chicken were good.

Did Marcello open up again in a new location? We're almost on our way and I've been craving arrachera. And that marinated eggplant. Mmmm...

Must try El Tejon. Cattycorner from the plaza, right up from Fish Taco. The salads were fresh and unique, had the best sirloin I've ever had and the empanadas were delicate and delicious. Very good quality Chilean and Argentinean wines as well.

We returned from Sayulita two weeks ago. One of our favorite meals was at El Tejon. The sauted calamari was perfectly cooked and tender. The goat cheese salad with pine nuts and balsamic reduction...fresh and delicious. The arrachera with traditional chimichurri sauce is something I still crave. All was complimented by delicious Argentinean Malbec and great service. We hope to return soon for another great meal.
