Hello all,
I'm Ruben and I am currently completing my graduation project for culinary arts at The Art Institutes - Orange County. My idea is of a restaurant plan in Sayulita. I would like to know how much a spot would run for, the average income, and general demographics of the area. Thanks for your help.

Restaurant Management/ownership Project

Hi Ruben. Good luck with your culinary arts degree. Sounds very cool! I'm wondering if the way you're approaching this request for information won't simply give you anecdotal figures. You haven't specified how big a space you'd be projecting for; beachfront, plaza or side street? All of these are important considerations when factoring in cost. Demographics -- are you asking age, ethnic mix, or what? Income? That varies so wildly as to be almost meaningless. I think you'll need to ask specific questions to get specific answers. You must have a form you're using for your project.
