In 2008 we ate/drank at a wonderful little bar called Tapas del Sol (on Revolucion, i think--or maybe near there), run by a woman from Guadalajara; she made killer mojitos and wonderful Tapas. Little tables, games available.

Is this place still in Sayulita? Can't find it online...

I know the place you mean. It didn't last longer than one season and has been replaced by, from what I can tell, is an off-track betting place! Who knew??

Oh, that's sad! Thanks for the information, though. We were looking forward to it, but we'll have to seek out other places now.

The off-track betting place has also closed and it is a 'smile' bar now......at least that's what someone posted on here a few days ago. They were probably just trying to be funny though :P

You had me laughing out loud David!
And yes, that is what I heard.
Can you believe their program puts the word 'smile' in place of (ok, lets see if this works) G A Y. ???
Maybe the church lady designed the program.................
