Posted 29 January 2011 - 10:03 PM (#1)
what would be your top ten list of best places to eat in town currently.
all price points are welcome. I want local favorites. i have been there three times and am familiar with most regular places.
I am interested in everything from taco stands to nicer places.
thanks in advance for your help! See you in march......

it is true that when people comment on restaurants in the "restaurant" section, that topic should come first. you can view any new posts by clicking the "view new content" button above, but I still think the restaurant section should be done differently.
I love tacos ivan ( a nightly stop when I am there).
I would appreciate any current recommendations on old and new restaurants that the locals love. thanks again, blake

always david, I guess I mean expats who are local. I just want information from people who live there all the time. I am not a fan of places that are just going to cater to gringos (like myself). I might hit a couple of those places, but would rather go to places that you guys frequent. I am looking for the inside scoop
thanks again for your help!

The night street vender's are a favorite.

Antonia's
Carmelita's
Chile Relleno Feliz
El Camaron
Iguana Azul
Itacate
Los Afortunados
Mexotic
Miro Vino
Monchi's
Tacorriendo
Tacos el Ivan
Tierra Viva
Tropical House
hmmm....I see now you asked for the Top 10. Hard to take any of these off the list, so if you squint, you might just see 10 instead of 14. Or collect 'em all, trade 'em with your friends! Hours of fun for the whole family!
