After contacting several restaurants in Sayulita we chose Calypso to host a wedding rehearsal dinner for 52 people. We were impressed by Ruben and his desire to work with us to develop a menu and hosted bar. Calypso had a reputation for good food and an attractive view of the plaza from their second floor location. Ruben and his staff exceeded our expectations and provided a wonderful dinner. They easily managed our large group and could have hosted twice as many. Many of our guests remarked that the food was great, especially the beef fajitas. Calypso provided excellent service at a reasonable price with great ambiance, we were extremely pleased. Thank you Ruben and staff, you made our rehearsal dinner a night to remember!
