We returned from Sayulita two weeks ago. One of our favorite meals was at El Tejon. The saute calamari was perfectly cooked and tender. The goat cheese salad with pine nuts and balsamic reduction...fresh and delicious. The arrachera with traditional chimichurri sauce is something I still crave. All was complimented by delicious Argentinean Malbec and great service. We hope to return soon for another great meal.
