On the west / ocean side of Revolucion in the first block south of the plaza. She has a big metal window cover that is proped open over the sidewalk when she is serving. Her tortas are good and fair priced. I usually buy the Cubano.

Lety's "window" is a Sayulita treasure. Dare I say it since I will probably have to wait in line after posting this but her tortas are amazing and the juice is always the freshest in town. Lety just informed me she is about to become a grandmother for the first time.
