Yellow House Next To Casa Sol Y Luna?

We are trying to figure out which house is located just south of sol y luna. We are looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom house ON the beach with a pool and A/C in the bedrooms close to the surf breaks. Anyone have any suggestions?
